1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full prior to delivery or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Custom orders or special materials may require a non-refundable deposit.
2. Lead Times & Delivery

Lead times vary based on product availability and season. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delivery fees may apply depending on location and order size.

Customers are responsible for verifying the delivery address and ensuring access for drop-off.
3. Product Use & Installation

Wasatch Deck and Rail is a supplier only. We do not install products.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure products meet local building codes and project requirements.

We are not liable for damages resulting from improper storage, handling, or installation of materials.
4. Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only with written approval from a Wasatch Deck and Rail representative.

Custom or special orders may not be cancelable once production or procurement has begun.
5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for more information. Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Warranties

Most products we sell are covered by manufacturer warranties. We pass those warranties along but do not offer additional coverage.

Wasatch Deck and Rail does not warranty product performance, appearance, or longevity outside of what the manufacturer provides.
7. Limitation of Liability

Wasatch Deck and Rail is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including delays in construction, loss of time, or labor costs.

Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of the products in question.
Return Policy
At Wasatch Deck and Rail, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Due to the nature of our products and the custom nature of many orders, our return policy may vary depending on the materials purchased, the condition of the items, and the terms of the original agreement.
General Return Terms:

All returns must be pre-approved by a Wasatch Deck and Rail representative. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Restocking fees may apply, typically ranging from 10% to 25% of the purchase price depending on the product and supplier requirements.

Custom orders, special orders, and cut materials are generally non-returnable.

Unused or unopened materials may be eligible for return, but this is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and depends on the supplier’s return policy and the condition of the materials.

Returned items must be in resellable condition. Damaged or altered materials will not be accepted for return.
Timelines:

Requests for returns should be made within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date. Exceptions may be made under specific circumstances.
Return Logistics:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping or delivery, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
